Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our textile manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high-quality products. This role will involve supervising production staff, managing workflows, and collaborating with different teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Production Staff : Supervise and direct production staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure efficient and effective operations.

2. Workflow Management : Manage workflows, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to optimize efficiency and productivity.

3. Quality Control : Monitor and maintain high-quality products by implementing quality control procedures, inspecting products, and addressing quality issues.

4. Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with different teams to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and optimize processes.

5. Communication and Reporting : Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and other departments, providing regular reports on production performance, quality, and safety.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a textile manufacturing company, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

3. Skills :

1. Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.

2. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements.

4. Proficient in MS Office, manufacturing software, and statistical analysis tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
