Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a Production Monitor to oversee our rubber parts manufacturing process, ensuring optimal performance on the production floor.Key Responsibilities
• Monitor Production : Oversee daily activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Maintain Performance : Analyze metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate Team : Work with staff to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
• Quality Control : Ensure products meet specifications.
• Reporting : Prepare performance reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Yearly bonus
Work Location: In person
