Position : Production Supervisor

Experience : 05 Year in Spl. Purpose Machine Assembly.

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred: From manufacturing Industry Background

Brief Description: Responsible and accountable for planning & achieving targeted quality production in the concerned shift.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Reporting for production in charge for day-to-day activities

To Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.

Shift Manpower, Material planning & Control.

To see that men & machines are utilized efficiently.

Responsible for achieving targeted production of the shift

Monitoring of machine wise production & rejection and take corrective actions

Maintaining of production report & floor balances in log book

Maintaining the discipline, safety & Housekeeping in shop floor.

Counsel & Motivate the workmen to increase the productivity and quality

Co-ordinate with the quality shift in charges to sort out the quality problems in shop to improve the quality standards.

Coordinate with the other departments like stores, maintenance and service department to sort of the problems in shift.

Take charge & hand over charge of shift from previous/succeeding shift in charge, supervisor etc.,

Experience in Mechanical Machining Components Checking.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
