Production supervisor will report to Manufacturing Head.The job responsibilities of the Production Supervisor, include (but not limited to)\xc2\xb7 Prepare daily / weekly production plan and loading to the team daily for the production.\xc2\xb7 Conduct SFM meeting to progress every day and align for the weekly / monthly target for the production.\xc2\xb7 Update the daily production updates to management with daily KPI target vs actuals.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the daily production output with maintaining Quality, safety while operations.\xc2\xb7 Manage all internal stake holders for maintaining the production without disruption.\xc2\xb7 Confirming the production by first time right by ensuring in production quality control and mitigation for the quality issues without making any delay in production.\xc2\xb7 To reduce NCC root cause analysis of defects with using various tools like A3, 8D, etc.\xc2\xb7 Upgrading production skills by job rotation in the team so on job skills development can be done during normal production for the key manufacturing process.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring In process quality checks on the products daily. Also checking and maintaining data for Resin parameters, etc.\xc2\xb7 Ensures not only assembly quality but also the health of the machinery along with best EHS practices like 5S, Lean, TPM, etc.\xc2\xb7 Maintains quality standards by establishing and enforcing production standards maintaining 5s in shop floor.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the productivity of workmen, reduction in NCC, zero defects in production.\xc2\xb7 Follows up with Planning & Logistics for timely delivery of material for Production.Desired Skills:\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering\xc2\xb7 Should have at least 6-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Traction Motor manufacturing processes.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Coil manufacturing, Winding, Stator, Rotor, Assembly and Leading People.\xc2\xb7 Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and organizational skills\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite and administrative applications.\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach with problem solving skillsJoin us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
