Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor with 4 to 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and CNC/VMC operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production activities, ensure quality standards, and manage a team to meet production goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations in the fabrication department.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to optimize production processes for sheet metal and CNC/VMC machining.
• Monitor workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production deadlines.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is operational and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in production supervision, specifically in sheet metal fabrication and CNC/VMC machining.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and CNC programming.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
