Production Supervisor / Shift Incharge Planning day-to-day production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output. Managing whole plant related activities, manufacturing etc Develop processes to ensure consistency and safety. Minimising performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximisation of men, material & machine. To ensure the production area neat and clean as per cGMP requirements. Manpower handling, production planning and RM planning, Monitoring process. Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions and responding to requests. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. General maintenance and preventive maintenance follow-up of related equipments in production. Having knowledge of total operations from materials management to finished products.
