Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toProduction ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will supervise shift team's progress against work plans as defined by Production management to ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area. Cooperates with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Traction Division in Vadodara. You will be mainly accountable for: xe2x80xa2 Organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently, responding to resource issues as necessary, leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line. xe2x80xa2 Provides regular feedback and makes recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situations. xe2x80xa2 Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary. xe2x80xa2 Reinforces focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery. xe2x80xa2 Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance. xe2x80xa2 Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams xe2x80xa2 Ensuring with HR Manager support that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, directed. Guiding, motivating, developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policiesQualifications for the role

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
• With 3 to 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience of Rotating Machines, preferably in traction motor manufacturing.
• To ensure that Production is made based on the requirement and specification.
