Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Shall be responsible for the metal powder classification, Screening, Blending, packing and dispatch.

Shall be responsible for production plan and execute the plan to achieve the production numbers

Shall be responsible to mentor and coordinate other shift in charges to improve process controls and efficiency

Shall be responsible for achieving the powder yield as per the norms.

Shall be responsible for carrying out the production processes as per the stated procedures, process sheet, FMEA, and control plans.

Shall be part of the problem-solving team related to production, quality, safety, and maintenance.

Shall be responsible for the personal safety and the operator's safety in the shifts.

Shall be a part of the continual improvement projects as per the business plan.

Shall be responsible for people development.

Shall be responsible to maintain spares for process consumables and packing materials.

Shall be responsible for QMS, EMS and other standard implementation and sustainability

Additional Duties

To prepare monthly report and data logging in the ERP system

Maintain 5S in the work environment.

Monitor the process consumables as per the business plan target.

To prepare inventory report and maintain stock as per the production report

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience (Diploma) / minimum 5 years of experience for engineering graduates

- Candidates from process industry is preferrable

- Prior experience in material classification / jet milling/ screening is preferred

- Shall have basic problem-solving skills in handling production, quality, and maintenance-related issues.

- Shall have basic maintenance knowledge to handle emergency situations.

- Have knowledge on basic management systems (QMS & EMS), basic 5S requirements and Kaizen.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
