Job Overview We are looking for a Production Supervisor in the Pharma API Industry. This role requires an experienced professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of pharmaceutical active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy or related field 4 to 6 years of experience in production supervision in the Pharma API Industry Knowledge of GMP regulations and industry best practices Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and production management software Roles And Responsibilities Oversee the production operations in the Pharma API Industry Ensure efficient manufacturing of pharmaceutical APIs Manage and coordinate production schedules Monitor production metrics to ensure targets are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes Implement and maintain safety and quality standards Train and supervise production staff Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner Maintain production records and reports
