Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality control guidelines.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, logistics, quality control) to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production problems as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology) is preferred.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
