You will be working as Production Supervisor and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Power division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Production Manager and will be responsible for managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams. Responding to resource issues as necessary. Your responsibilities Organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary Ensuring execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance Your background Bachelor of Technology or diploma in Electricals 5-8 Years of experience required Should have SAP, production process, warehouse knowledge, LV switchgear and production assembly process Experience in Handling Stores activities will be an added advantage A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills More about us ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected.
