We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Your role will involve managing a team of production workers, monitoring production schedules, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity. Please don\xe2\x80\x99t apply:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure smooth operations and efficient utilization of resources.
• Monitor production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the production process.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Train and develop production staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to resolve production-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Monitor and control production costs to optimize operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve production processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in a production department within the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and materials used in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to production management.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 922,000.00 per month Benefits:
