Foundry IndustryProfile - Production SupervisorQualification - B.Tech / Diploma - mech.Salary - Upto - 20 kExperience - Min. 4+ yrs. in Foundry IndustryWorking Hour - 12Location - JaipurMonitor and oversee melting, molding, core making, pouring, fettling, and heat treatment processes.Ensure production targets are met as per shift schedules.Coordinate with shift teams for smooth operations and minimize downtime.Assign duties and supervise foundry workers (skilled and unskilled).Ensure proper charge calculation and metal composition during melting.Maintain process parameters for quality casting (e.g., temperature, time, materials).Take corrective actions in case of process deviations or equipment malfunction.
