Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Aadinath Fabtech Industry Jabalpur (M.P.)

Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. The role involves managing a team of production workers, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the production line to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
• Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards.
• Train and manage production personnel, setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to synchronize production processes and align with broader operational goals.
• Monitor production data and implement efficiency improvements to reduce costs and enhance output.
• Act as a key point of communication between the production floor and upper management, providing regular reports on production status and challenges.
• Ensure strict health and safety regulations are followed at all times, promoting a safe workplace environment.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and warehouse departments to optimize operations and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field (or significant experience in lieu of a degree).
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Production Technician (CPT) or ITI in mechanical or production
• Proven experience in production or a supervisory role, especially within the fabrication industry.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Technical proficiency with production machinery specific to the industry and software used for production management.

Salary: The salary for this position will depend on location and experience. Competitive salary and benefits package will be offered.
