QUALIFICATION: B.E. MECHANICAL

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manpower Head count and allocation

Follow the plan sequence

Work order review

Press setting verification

Verification of first byte after curing

Logo and stencil verification before and after curing.

Follow of process standard

Ensure curing method as per curing standard

Curing record verification

Shrinkage verification

Product specification verification

Ensure product quality

Shift wise report

Shift wise SAP Completion

Daily report data entry.

PLM data entry.

Readiness for next plan

First byte quality and product requirement certification.

Ensuring product and machine check sheet filling.

Target and actual hard copy records shift wise.

Master data updating.

Quality records generation shift wise and same to be in soft.

Remark and signature on process register and check sheet.

Handover of leftover compound.

Use of PPE.

Maintain house keeping

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in the field of quality/final inspection.

Should have worked at least 1 to 3 years in manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

Excellent IT skills.

Flexibility to work at multiple locations.
