Job Description

Job Objective:-

Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving CNC & VMC machining operations, Machine Shop production & overall performance in shifts.

Key Role & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.
• Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.
• Responsible for plant 5S.
• Ready work in Three shifts.

Qualification & Experience Required:-

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Machining (CNC/VMC).
• Analyses and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• knowledge of various gauges, Vernier, Bore gauge, Meter gauge, Dial gauge etc.
• Experience with various CNC & VMC Machines from brands like Jyoti, Hass, etc.
• Exposure to siemens and Fanuc control systems.
• Independently able to change setups and offsets.
• Basic knowledge of CNC VMC programming.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
