For our paintshop Department in Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for a Production Supervisor (Paintshop).




Your future role


• Support Paintshop Manager for production on the Paint Shop, Paint Utilities, Final Inspection, Rework areas


• People planning & management to ensure achievement of production targets.


• Ensure Safety, compliance to work SOPs, Quality Standards, Customer Requirements


• Responsible for production of conforming products as per quality standards, OEE.




Your profile


• Bachelor's Degree in Paint Technology, Chemical Engineering preferred, other engineering streams can apply


• 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience with reputed MNCs


• Experience in powder and liquid coating painting


• Experience in SAP environment is preferred


• Experience in managing IATF, OHSAS and other statutory audit is an added advantage
