We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and be capable of supervising labour to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

•Responsibilities:•

- Supervise and manage production activities from 9 AM to 9 PM.

- Oversee labour and ensure work is completed on time.

- Maintain high-quality standards for all customized items, including sculptures, statues, Murtis, wall murals, and planters.

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

- Ensure compliance with safety and production protocols.

•Requirements:•

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production supervision at a manufacturing unit.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage and motivate labour to achieve production goals.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
