Should be able to work in project business/ETO scenario. Shall know technical knowhow of MV product and critical aspects.

• Shopfloor management - DWM, work engagement with operators, skill enhancement at workstations. Shall ensure productivity & efficiency augmentation.
• Shall drive safety culture at workplace and maintain total quality environment. Maintain 5S at shopfloor.
• Shall focus on continuous improvement in product and ensure changes over time also process improvement through various projects. (KAIZEN, LEAN etc.)
• Defect & Barriers identification at workstation and further improvement in product quality through reduction in rework/DPMO.
• Shall have basic SAP knowledge & IT skills.
