PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
  • No of openings: - 10
  • Work Timing: - 12 hours rotational shift
  • Location - Jayashree spun bond (Factory)
  • Candidate - Male only
\xc2\xb7 Qualification: Diploma/ Any degree Roles & Responsibilities: o Supervises staff to produce manufactured goods, organize and monitor workflow. o Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards. o Perform verification of production output according to the specifications. o Stock management Desired Skills and Experience o Team Management and Coaching o Production planning and Quality control o Process improvement and efficiency. o Strong communication and self-motivated. o Candidates with work experience will be preferred. Compensation o CTC: Rs 1.5 LPA - 2 LPA depending upon the experience and work efficiency. o Perks and Benefits: Travel allowance, Performance bonus, Attendance Incentive. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9150,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9200,000.00 per year Benefits:
