Role Description:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join our team full-time in Kochi, Kerala. In this role, you will be fully responsible for the in-house production of garments, made-ups, and other items for marketing, sales, and export purposes. The role includes:o Fully responsible for the in-house production of garments, Made-ups and any other items required for company's Marketing/Sales/Exports by:-o Setting up a new production unit, as a separate Profit Centre and/oro Managing production of above required items from company's existing production set up and/oro Managing production of above required items from Job workers, ando Managing production of above required items with individual measurements.o Handling production for items requiring individual measurements.o Developing a Corporate Uniform Division in collaboration with the marketing team as a new profit center.o Conducting pre-purchase analysis and costing for garment inquiries and woven fabrics to support both the marketing team and the purchasing department.o Ensuring cost competitiveness and correct specifications when placing orders.o Overseeing quality checks and reporting on incoming fabric and garments to ensure they meet company standards.Qualifications:Proven experience in managing garment production and operations, preferably in the uniform industry.o Ability to set up and run a production unit or manage production with job workers.o Strong understanding of garment costing, pre-purchase analysis, and fabric specifications.o Knowledge of quality control standards in the textile and garment industry.o Excellent communication and organizational skills.o Bachelor's degree/Textiles Engineering, or a related field is preferred.o Ability to collaborate Marketing and Sales.o Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in garment production.Salary Package:Starting at Rs. 30,000 per month with three months probation period.
