Production Supervisor
Job Description
Job Responsibility:
• Oversee daily operations within the process department or unit.
• Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and other staff.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Monitoring or Process parameter
• Batch production instruction, hand over and take charge shift instruction of plant
Qualification:
BE / B.Tech (Chemical) / Dip. in Chemical with min. 5 yrs exp. in Process industry, experience in supervisory grade.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
