About Us: Jay Ganesh is a leading kids' wear manufacturing company, known for producing kids clothes. We are currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking Production Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor the production team to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee the scheduling, planning, and organizing of work processes.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, manpower, and machinery.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure that all products meet company specifications.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or delays.
• Ensure that health, safety, and environmental policies are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment.
• Train and develop production staff on best practices and operational procedures.
• Report daily production results, progress, and any issues to upper management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting (preferably in the garment industry).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physically capable of overseeing production activities in a factory setting.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and manufacturing best practices is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical qualifications or experience is a plus but not required.
