Production Supervisor
Job Description
• Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the CBG plant, aligning with the company's vision and growth objective
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the CBG plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant processes.
• Manage plant capacity and ensure optimal production levels to meet supply commitments.
• Supervise production, maintenance, and technical teams to ensure plant equipment, machinery, and systems are operating efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.
Stay updated with technological advancements in biogas production, including new feedstock utilization, anaerobic digestion technologies, and biogas upgrading systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
• Plant management: 5 years (Required)
