Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our PVC pipes and WPC manufacturing units. This on-site role involves supervising production teams, monitoring workflows, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to resolve issues and optimize processes. Prior experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry, preferably PVC or WPC, is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to operational efficiency and team performance.
