Further to your reference via Naukri, We are in the lookout of Production Supervisor for a MNC In Bangalore .

Our Client is a leading Interconnect solution providing company with a product portfolio of connectors, accessories, cable assemblies and system integration for almost all the applications across various industries. With connectors conforming to almost all the Military and Industrial standards in US, Europe and Asia, Client assumes the leadership in meeting the interconnect needs of Military, Aerospace, Industrial and Telecom market segments.

Work Type : Work from Office - Monday to Saturday (6 Days )

We are looking for candidates who already have xeperience of working with Military, aerospace industries.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

formulating Daily & Monthly Production Plans of Job Order Priority Wise.

SHOULD HAVE EXPEREINCE IN ASSEMBLY LINE, WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SAP/ERP.

Experience in Connector Manufacturing

Objectives of lowering cost and/or improving productivity.

Resolving Technical Issues on line.

Additional knowledge of component planning would be a benefit.

Maintaining Production Record in documents as well in soft form.

Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.

Ensuring that the production is Cost effective.

Coordination among different departments like CNC, TR, Mould, Plating, Purchase for imports.

Monitoring product standards.

Coordination with Supervisor to coordination with Line Leaders to continuous improvement.

Good knowledge of wire harness manufacturing techniques & connectors.

Good communication

Trained in IPC & Macola (ERP)
