JOB DESCRIPTION : Production Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Production Area Ensure area is clean, safe and as per the guidelines with signages / demarkations
• Ensure the electrical, plumbing points are safe and checked frequently
• Cleaning schedules and preventive maintenance schedules are followed pro-actively
• Ensuring First Aid Kits, Fire Extinguishers are available, team trained and function

Machinery :

• Ensure machine and equipment's are in good working condition at all times
• Ensure machine and equipment's are numbered and update in Machinery Register
• In case of any break down, raise a ticket immediately for service / rectification

Records Maintenance :

• Production Output Record to be maintained for every shift and monitored Maintenance of BMRs regularly

Training :

• Train staff regarding work procedures, maintenance of work areas etc.
• Organise training for team regarding how to operate and maintain machines etc
• Train team regarding Work Safety procedures, Fire Safety procedures etc

Team Meetings :

• Daily morning 5 mins briefing
• Monday morning team meetings
• Technical training every Fridays

Other activities :

• Check and identify areas of potential savings and ways to avoid wastage and pilferage
• Extra activities as and when required by the management

Qualification :

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor from cosmetic industry
• 2 nd PUC or 3 yrs experience in cosmetic manufacturing industry
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
