Production Supervisor
Job Description
• Leadership : Guiding and coaching employees, monitoring productivity, and providing direction, discipline, and training
• Preparing work schedules : Organizing staff members and achieving a reasonable work flow
• Managing production processes : Creating and managing effective schedules, processes, sequences, and staffing requirements
• Monitoring production : Verifying production output according to specifications, monitoring production data, and implementing efficiency improvements
• Reporting : Preparing reports on performance and progress and presenting them to senior managers
