We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wood Factory Manager to oversee and optimize the manufacturing operations of our e-commerce wood products business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of wood manufacturing processes, and a keen understanding of the e-commerce industry. Responsibilities: Production Management: 1)Lead and supervise the entire wood manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.
2) Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency. Team Leadership:
1)Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of woodworkers, machine operators, and support staff.
2)Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
3)Provide guidance and support to resolve any production-related issues. Inventory Management:
1)Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
2)Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and stockouts.
3)Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain a consistent supply of raw materials. Quality Assurance:
1)Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality wood products.
2)Work closely with quality assurance teams to address any product defects or concerns. Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Implement innovative production techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times. E-commerce Integration:
1)Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align production with online sales strategies.
2)Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders. Reporting and Analysis:
1)Generate regular reports on production metrics, inventory levels, and other relevant key performance indicators.
2)Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in wood manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of wood processing techniques and equipment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations and fulfillment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Wood Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field is preferred.
