Production Supervisor
Job Description
• Production planning : Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies
• Quality control : Ensuring that quality control standards and protocols are applied to the production process
• Inventory management : Tracking, organizing, and controlling the stock of materials and finished goods
• Safety and compliance : Ensuring that safe working practices are maintained and that the company's safety regulations and procedures are followed
• Employee Training :Training, and disciplining employees
• Equipment management : Ensuring that equipment is operating properly and conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues
• Problem-solving : Troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on the production floor
• Communication : Communicating job expectations, delivering shift briefs, and gathering ideas for improvement
• Teamwork : Fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
