##### 4. Production Supervisor


• Location : Gurgaon ,HR


• Responsibilities


+ Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency and quality.
+ Monitor production schedules and coordinate with different departments.
+ Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
+ Train and supervise production staff.


• Requirements


+ Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in agrochemicals or chemical industry.
+ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
