And thats the kind of work we want to be part of.Key responsibilities:Ensure production process running with desired Yield(%),A%T, Quality & Safety parametersResponsible for Manpower planning & deployment on the respective machines with multiskilling criteriaResponsible for quality & safety during running of hard capsule machinesResponsible for adherence of SOPs on the shop floorResponsible for conducting trainings as per calendar, multiskilling & skill enhancement of shop floor colleaguesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to meet plant KPIs of Safety, Quality, Production/Plant Yield(%),waste control measures, Machine performance(A%T)Ensure Production planning includes batch records, order planning, Dish washes, Color/Size changeEnsure seamless coordination with cross functional team during rotation shift handlingConduct performance review meetings with shift colleagues & comprehensive shift handover at shift changeLead by example during working in shifts.Key requirements:Degree in B.tech/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Diploma.A work experience of between 5 years to 10 years in the similar role.Good Communication skills.Pharmaceutical Capsule experience.
