Job Description

The role of a Production Supervisor in the die cutting area in our organization to involves overseeing and managing the die cutting operations to ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the die cutting machines and related equipment.

Ensure that all die cutting processes are performed according to the production schedule.

Supervise, guide, and train machine operators and other team members in the die cutting area.

Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members are working efficiently.

Maintain a positive work environment, ensuring employees adhere to safety and quality standards.

Monitor the output of die-cutting machines to ensure the finished products meet required quality standards and specifications.

Address any issues related to product defects, irregularities, or non-compliance with specifications, and take corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure that all die-cutting machines and tools are properly maintained, calibrated, and operating efficiently.

Oversee the preventative maintenance schedules and assist in troubleshooting machine breakdowns.

Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment in the die cutting area.

Conduct regular safety training for employees to minimize accidents and injuries.

Work closely with the production planner or manager to ensure that die-cutting operations align with the overall production goals and schedules.

Help determine material requirements and optimize the use of resources, such as raw materials and labor.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?31,000.00 per month
