Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production floor to ensure production targets are met.
• Ensure production processes are efficient and cost-effective, while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules, staffing, and material requirements to ensure timely completion of production goals.
• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing direction, guidance, and motivation.
• Ensure all employees comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze production processes for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including daily output, downtime, and material usage.
• Provide regular updates to the Production Manager on the status of production runs and any issues or delays.
• Complete production reports, employee performance evaluations, and other necessary documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Graduate or Post Graduate
• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,675.44 - ?30,009.41 per month
