Production Supervisor For Trailer Parts (male Only)
Job Description
1. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
2. Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
3. Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous Improvement.
4. Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
5. Keep a check on ongoing activities.
6. Monitor daily production & maintain healthy & productive working environment.
7. Take necessary productive measure to boost performance of the workers.
8. Keep a check on quality of the production.
9. Make record of regular & non-regular workers.
10. Report to higher authorities on daily basis the production status.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
