Production Supervisor For Signage Manufacturing Industry
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Production Oversight: Supervise daily operations on the production floor, ensuring adherence to schedules, efficient workflow, and high-quality output. Monitor team performance and assign tasks to optimize efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet client specifications and industry standards. Address defects or process inefficiencies with corrective actions.
• Team Leadership: Train, guide, and evaluate production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Promote adherence to workplace safety regulations.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the proper functioning of machinery, tools, and equipment, coordinating maintenance or repairs as necessary.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely procurement and minimal disruption to production.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and resolved issues. Report progress and concerns to higher management.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar industry.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
