Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations in our footwear manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and foster collaboration across all levels of the production process. This role is crucial in ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and align with the company's quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight:

• Supervise and monitor all activities across different departments, including production, quality control, inventory, and logistics.
• Ensure daily production targets and deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Identify bottlenecks in processes and provide timely solutions.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all footwear products meet the company's quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished goods.
• Work closely with the quality control team to address defects or inconsistencies.

3. Team Management:

• Lead, guide, and train the production team to ensure optimal performance.
• Assign tasks and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Monitor employee performance and address any behavioral or performance issues.

4. Coordination and Communication:

• Act as a liaison between the production floor and management.
• Provide daily reports on production, workforce, and inventory levels.
• Ensure smooth communication across departments for seamless operations.

5. Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures when needed.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in footwear production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the footwear or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring hands-on involvement.
• May require standing or moving for extended periods.

Maximum Salary - 60k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
