Job Description

To manage our production processes, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor. In addition to reaching production targets and upholding strict safety regulations and quality standards, the Manufacturing Production Supervisor will be in charge of managing a group of productions and the workers.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and plan the work of productions & the employees, including assigning tasks, development, and output monitoring.

2. Plan and organize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and minimizing the rework process.

3. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality targets.

4. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.

5. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

6. Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, and coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or a related field like Sheet Metal Fabrications and VMC and CNC Machine Operations with minimum 5years of hands-on experience.

2. Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, with a strong understanding of production processes and techniques.

3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
