Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Daily Production: Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations and that targets are met.
• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop production staff. Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and collaborate with the quality control team to address any issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members follow health and safety regulations, conducting audits and providing safety training as needed.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials and coordinate with the procurement department to avoid production delays.
• Reporting: Maintain production records, track key performance indicators, and report any challenges or delays to senior management.
• Cost Control: Monitor production costs and strive to meet production budgets while maintaining product quality.
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues in production, such as equipment breakdowns or supply chain interruptions.

Pay: ?11,289.10 - ?33,867.66 per month
