Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading our production team to ensure efficiency and quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities on the assembly line
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor production processes to meet quality standards and production goals
• Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to enhance performance
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
• Maintain inventory levels and report on production metrics

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting
• Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to operate and oversee assembly line operations
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills to address production issues promptly
• Ability to fabricate or assemble components as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
