Role : 1) Involvement in Production process2) Increase production3) Achieve Daily, weekly or monthly production targets4) Monitor production activities5) Handle Manpower6) Machine and Boiler MaintenanceResponsibilities and Duties :1) Create and oversee an employee training schedule to emphasize productivity2) Evaluate Each station of manufacturing (grading, peeling, packing and cutting) to ensure maximum efficiency3) Ensure Safety Policies and procedures4) Inspect and check all the inward material5) Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently6) Organizing, Monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals7) Ensure the finished material be ready before dispatch8) Prepare reports on performance and progress of daily production.9) Detect issues related to efficiency and suggest improvement's.10) Machine Maintenance11) Boiler InspectionJob Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per monthBenefits:
