Job Description

A Production Supervisor is a key role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the production process to ensure efficient and timely production of goods while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the activities of production workers, including scheduling and assigning tasks, providing guidance and instructions, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Plan, organize, and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and make adjustments as necessary. Track and analyze production metrics, such as productivity, yield, and downtime, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Provide regular reports on production performance to management. Train new production workers on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards. Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the production team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, improve quality, and increase overall efficiency. Maintain accurate production records, including production reports and quality documents. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Qualifications: Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production environment is highly desirable. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse production team. Work location is Theethipalayam,Kalampalayam. Land Mark is Kovai Kondattam,Siruvani Road.
