Production Supervisor (CNC/VMC Machining• only )

Location- Chakan

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in •CNC/VMC machining operations•

Technical Skills : Proficiency in •CNC/VMC programming and operation, knowledge of G-code/M-code

System Knowledge: Familiarity with Siemens and Fanuc control systems .

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and troubleshoot machining issues independently.

Safety and Quality: Ensuring operator safety and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities

Planning and Execution: Planning, executing, and monitoring CNC/VMC machining operations.

Production Management: Managing daily production output, ensuring targets are met.

Quality Control: Overseeing quality control processes to minimize rejections and defects.

Team Management: Handling manpower, providing training, and ensuring efficient team performance.

Cost Control: Improving conversion costs and overall efficiency.

Maintenance: Setting up and maintaining machines, including changing setups and offsets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 8 years (Preferred)
• Siemens , Fanuc control: 8 years (Preferred)
• CNC/VMC programming: 8 years (Preferred)
• G-code , M-code: 8 years (Preferred)
