Location: Shinoli, BelgaumEducation: BE / DME - Mechanical (4-5 years exp.):\xef\x82\xb7 Effective utilization of people and machinery to achieve production targets.\xef\x82\xb7 Handling of machining centers like VMCs and HMCs and conventional machines.\xef\x82\xb7 Manage work force and achieve the targeted output.\xef\x82\xb7 Achieving desired quality in manufacturing processes and products.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain good housekeeping on the production floor.\xef\x82\xb7 Troubleshooting in day-to-day production activities.\xef\x82\xb7 Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees\xef\x82\xb7 Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules\xef\x82\xb7 Supervise and guide employees\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance\xef\x82\xb7 Check production output according to specifications\xef\x82\xb7 Submit reports on performance and progress Candidate Profile:\xef\x82\xb7 Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute or DME as stated above.\xef\x82\xb7 Hands-on experience in operating CNC machines.\xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to understand CNC programs and able to make alterations/modifications in\xef\x82\xb7 Hands-on experience in handling all types of inspection instruments.\xef\x82\xb7 Should have handled precision and complex manufacturing products.\xef\x82\xb7 Should have good knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machining centers.\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure to lean principles like TPM, 5S, etc would be an added advantage.\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure in any kind of maintenance would be an added advantage.\xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to attend duty in shifts.\xef\x82\xb7 Should have computing skills including MS O\xc6\xafice, E-drawing, AutoCAD \xef\x82\xb7 Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery VMC, HMC, and Convectional machines and tools\xef\x82\xb7 Organizational and leadership abilities\xef\x82\xb7 Communication and interpersonal skills\xef\x82\xb7 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach\xef\x82\xb7 Problem-solving skills\xef\x82\xb7 Basic programming and code knowledge.Who we are:For seven decades, DME has been a mold technologies leader.
