We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Research & Development (R&D) and Production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both R&D and production management, with a focus on developing innovative paint formulations, ensuring smooth production processes, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the R&D team in developing new paint formulations and improving existing products.
• Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions swiftly.
• Train and manage production staff to maintain high performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure alignment between R&D and production to meet business goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the paint or chemical industry, with a focus on R&D and production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on experience in paint formulation and production process management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
• Result-oriented with a focus on achieving targets efficiently.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
