Job Overview:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the production floor to ensure that manufacturing processes are efficient, meet quality standards, and align with production goals. This role includes managing a team, ensuring safety compliance, and troubleshooting any operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and Manage Production:
Lead, train, and oversee a team of production workers to meet daily production targets.
Ensure production is running smoothly and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
Monitor the workflow and adjust resources as needed to maintain efficiency.
Quality Control:
Ensure that products meet quality standards by overseeing regular inspections and testing.
Work with the quality control team to resolve any product defects or quality issues.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
