• The Production Supervisor manages daily production operations, ensures product quality, enforces safety standards, and leads the production team to meet efficiency goals.

• Oversee production processes and ensure deadlines are met.

• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.

• Ensure quality control and safety compliance.

• Implement process improvements and manage inventory.

• Report on performance metrics and address issues.

• Qualifications:

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory roles.
•
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
•
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and production management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
