TRAINEE

Supervision and Coordination:

Overseeing production workers, ensuring they are performing tasks correctly and efficiently.

Production Planning and Scheduling:

Assisting with creating and managing production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.

Quality Control:

Monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identifying potential issues.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring a safe work environment, following safety regulations, and implementing safety procedures.

Training and Development:

Assisting with onboarding and training new employees on production procedures and safety protocols.
Additional Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and proposing solutions.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with material requirements planning.

Reporting and Documentation:

Collecting and analyzing production data, preparing reports for management, and documenting production processes.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with other departments to resolve problems.
