Production Store Assistant
Job Description
The Garment Production Store Assistant is responsible for managing and organizing inventory within the production facility to support efficient manufacturing processes. This role involves receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining organized storage areas. The Store Assistant will work closely with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials, track usage, and assist in inventory audits to support smooth production operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in warehouse or inventory management is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory role, preferably in a garment production environment.
• Familiarity with garment production materials, such as fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management practices and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required and work in a fast-paced production setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
