Group Company: HFCL Designation: Production - Shift Incharge (HydOptCableOperatManufaProduc-Production - Shift Incharge), Office Location: Hyderabad Position description: Key Responsibilities : To take complete responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production, production plan, product changeover and quality targets and ensure the smooth running of the production process. To manage, train and motivate direct reporting manpower. To use problem solving and troubleshooting skills to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problem in hand. To Monitor, measure and report on production related process, performance/shortfalls to concern head. To work closely with other shift supervisors to ensure production handovers. To review SAP for any pending entries, rectify and make it online. To fulfil the documentation requirements for various internal and external audits. Follow the safety & health rules and protect the environment and our planet. Support & Maintain the 5S Programme Mandatory Skills/ Certification : Encouraged a conscientious effort to work as a team, in order to produce a quality product. Supervised challenging personnel with empathy and integrity. Knowledge of OFC manufacturing. Knowledge of SAP Planning and organizational skills to execute work. Primary Responsibilities: .
